Shareware License Agreement
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software. Unless you have a different license
agreement signed by SpinnerBaker Software, your use of this
software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement
and warranty.
This is a legal agreement between you, the users, and
SpinnerBaker Software. By installing or using this software,
you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If
you do not agree too those terms, you may not install or use
MeshX and SoloMesh.
You are welcome to evaluate MeshX for 30 days. Extended
usage requires registration. You are encouraged to register
MeshX and support its further development. To purchase the
program, please use the contact address given in the readme
and help files.
While SpinnerBaker Software retains the copyrights to
SoloMesh, the program is freeware; as long as you abide
by this license agreement, do with it as you will.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
Texas.
Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE
DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS
TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER
WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
Because of the various hardware and software environments
into which MeshX and SoloMesh may be put, NO WARRANTY
OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.
NOTE: SpinnerBaker Sofware imposes no restrictions on the
use of model files distributed with MeshX. However, some of
the models in the included "Default.xlb" MeshX Library file
were not authored by SpinnerBaker Software. To the best of
SpinnerBaker Software's knowledge, there are no restrictions
on the use of these models, but SpinnerBaker Software cannot
and will not warranty this. Use these models at your own risk.
